Auto Complete & Auto Print

New product orders stay in New Orders for a maximum of 2 minutes. Staff can Confirm earlier at any time. When Auto Print is ON, Confirm prints one preparation/packing copy.

When Auto Complete is ON

  • New Order → Confirmed after 2 minutes.
  • Confirmed → Packed after 40 minutes.
  • Packed or Shipped → Delivered after 30 minutes.

When Auto Complete is OFF

New Orders still auto-confirm after 2 minutes. All later stages remain manual.

Auto Print is saved only on this browser/device, just like the Food KDS. Auto Complete is saved for the business.
